Graphic organic knits from Birch fabrics

We have had these organic knits on order for quite a while and we have not being disappointed, they are wonderful and soft - prefect for summer clothing.. I know a lot of you guys out there have probably never sewn with knits before but I hope that you give it a go..

 Some knit facts below..

-These knits are 100% cotton organic interlock ( thicker than jersey, (for e.g. a basic t- shirt weight))and both sides of the fabric are smooth, like the right side of a jersey fabric. Interlock is more stable than jersey, which means it doesn’t stretch out of shape as easily as jersey and it doesn’t curl at the edges. This ability to lie flat, as well as the fact that interlock take prints nicely, makes it popular for home sewing.

- The shrinkage of these prints is just under 5%
