Giveaway with Im a ginger monkey.. free postage


We have being featured on a blog called Im a ginger monkey .. and we are running a giveaway with them over there.. for thebundle below .. one fat quarter of each of the following and a yard of each of the tapes. Katy over there has being busy compiling a list of UK shops ... and we are one of them ... FAB.. great to be mentioned in such a great blog .. thanks Katy.

Simply leave a comment on both this post and also Katy's blog .. over here telling us what you'd do with your winnings. What would you make? The giveaway will be open for a week from today (until Tuesday 31st August) and winner will be selected by random.

  2. Well im not that lucky again, but i have to give it a try ;-)
    I would use the fabrics for details as sleeves and pockets on girlsdresses.
    And i would also make some more squares. In these days im making a lot of babyquilts. And the fabric would be great for making some few squares.

  3. Like I said on I'm a Ginger Monkey I would have to stare for ages (not in a weird way) at all the cute detail on the Japanese fabrics! I love it, then I would either make a mobile phone cover out of it or a pencil case!

  4. ooh! I would add the fabric to the ones that are going into my nursery decor. I'm making a patchwork set for the room and it would make a fine addition :)

  5. It's a lovely fabric selection. I would probably feature some as pockets on bags as it's just crying out to be fussy cut and show cased. I'd also use some to make some cute stocking fillers - my nearest and dearest are going to be getting a lot of handmade goodies this Christmas ;-)

  11. Adorable fabrics! I'm going to use them for the quilt blocks for my month in a quilting bee (that features fun Japanese prints)! Leftovers will be made into some patchwork totes or pencil cases for my cousins who will be starting grade 2 and 5 soon! Thank you so much for the giveaway!

  15. I have bought some fantastic fabrics from Celtic Fusions. I can't wait to see the incoming flannels and cord! I think the giveaway fabrics would make really cute little tote bags and pencil cases for small boys and girls.

  17. This is a fabulous collection of fabrics, if I was lucky enough to win I would make something for my friend's new baby due in early October but I will definitely be back to make a purchase regardless of whether I win or not.

    After just visiting the Festival of Quilts for the first time since discovering quilting last year I am so inspired. Loved all the quilts so the fabirc would go towards a quilt!!

  30. Have already posted on imagingermonkey... if won this awesome group of fabrics, I would make a baby quilt for a grandniece expected late this year. Any scraps left might find their way into a pillow, baby bib, or basket liner for the baby gifts. I always have lots of ideas on things to make. mlwright29 (at) hotmail (dot) com

  31. hmmm I love these. I think I would maybe make some pillowcase dresses with them, and some hair flowers with the left over bits...but I'd have to wait and see if they spoke to me and told me what to make them into.

  39. I would probably turn some of the fabric into more of the little monsters and dolls I have been making recently.. I think I may be obsessed with making them and writing little stories to go with them.
